After several months of live trading, AxiTrader is proud to announce the winner of its inaugural Million Dollar Trader competition.
The competition challenged Forex traders to compete in a live online trading environment, aiming to achieve the highest percentage return on their initial investment. It generated significant interest in the trading community and highlighted some exceptionally skilled traders.
Alex MacKinnon, General Manager at AxiTrader, commented: “Watching this competition unfold was fascinating. Trader performances fluctuated dramatically before the eventual winner surged ahead and maintained the lead until the end.”
The champion, Nial Fuller – a professional trader and respected trading author – concluded the competition with an outstanding 369% return on investment, earning the grand prize: a USD $1 million trading account with AxiSelect.
Reflecting on his win, Mr. Fuller said, “Success in the competition came from identifying quality trading opportunities, applying advanced money management, and having the discipline to avoid unnecessary trades that could have jeopardized my lead.”
In addition to the main prize, runner-up traders received additional prize accounts totaling USD $450,000, covering second through fourth places.
Mr. MacKinnon added, “A major goal of this competition was to discover new trading talent, and we’ve certainly achieved that. We look forward to supporting the prize winners as they join the AxiSelect program.”
AxiSelect is a trading incubation initiative co-developed by AxiTrader and FXWW, designed to provide talented traders with funding and mentorship, helping them transition into professional trading.
